All returns/exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our customer support team for assistance. In your inquiry please provide us with your order #, pictures of any damages/flaws, and a brief description of your issue. We will do our best to help you! 

Fabric that has been washed, or treated with other products (starch, wax, etc.) will not be eligible for return/exchange.

Bags sewn in-store by Alyssa and the team are final sale, and not eligible for return/exchange.

Little Annie's Sewing and Crafts is not responsible for any packages that are damaged while in transit, or ones that are lost or stolen. 

Please reach out to the mail courier company to locate the package. 

We do not accept cancellations on orders that have already shipped. 

If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, Little Annie's Sewing and Crafts reserves the right to potentially charge a restocking fee based on the order amount and payment method used.
